National Science Day Quiz Competition

On March 4, 2024, the IIC branch of AWH Engineering College, in association with the IEDC chapter, organized a thrilling quiz competition to commemorate National Science Day. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across all branches of the college.

Teams, comprising two members each, battled it out through a written MCQ test, leading to the selection of seven teams for the final quiz rounds. The competition comprised four rounds: General Engineering Knowledge, Famous Engineers and Inventions, Engineering Innovation and Breakthroughs, and Identify the Person.

After an intense competition, the team from the first-year MCA batch, consisting of Ms. Hasna Fazin VK and Ms. Safwath Mirzana N, clinched the first prize. The second prize was fiercely contested, with two batches competing neck and neck. Ultimately, the team from the final year CSE batch, Mr. Muhammed Shamil P & Mr. Aqueel Ibrahim A, emerged victorious. The third prize was secured by Mr. Anand Narain Nath & Mr. Aagney M from the first-year CSE batch.

The quiz master, Mr. Murali Krishnan K, ensured an engaging and competitive atmosphere throughout the event, keeping the participants and audience thoroughly entertained.

The National Science Day Quiz Competition was a resounding success, fostering a spirit of scientific inquiry and innovation among the student community at AWH Engineering College.
